Common questions

Straight answers

Do you guarantee me a job?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Shortlisting and offers are decided by employers. What we control is how strong your application and interview are — and that is where the whole programme is aimed.

How long does it take?

Most people move through in six to twelve months. It depends on how actively you apply, how you perform at interview, your IELTS result, and how quickly your Social Work England registration is processed.

Can I do some parts myself?

Yes. Job searching, the visa forms and finding accommodation are optional — take them on yourself if you would rather. Most people accept the help, because rejections usually come down to detail.

Is what I share kept private?

Yes. Everything discussed in check-ins, coaching and the groups stays confidential, and course material is for your use only.

What if my circumstances change?

Illness, family, a new baby, timing — tell us early. We would far rather pause and restart with you than have you drop out quietly.

Still have a question?

Ask it directly. A 30-minute discovery call costs nothing and ends with a clear next step.
